Devon Get Started has been established to help anyone aged 25 and over in the county to get their ideas off the ground. Start-ups or social enterprises in their first six months who are facing continuity challenges, are also eligible for support.

Learn Devon offer learning support and personal support to help with CV writing, match skills with employment (referrals for reaching for independence through Care Direct)

Devon Multiply a new programme that aims to increase functional numeracy skills among adults in Devon

NDVS free ‘business skills’ training for VCSE organisations/groups 

Positive People Devon’ helps those who are out of work to build their confidence and develop their skills.The programme will be personally tailored to individual needs and will include help with personal development, health and wellbeing, and to develop life-skills including digital technology. Referrals available until December 2023. If people are Under 25yrs then they can be referred to Young Devon

Waymakers – Autism Coaching, Training – Our goal is for autistic people to flourish alongside workplace culture, creativity, productivity and effectiveness.

Seetec Pluss Whether that is exploring and developing your skills or trying something new; we believe there is a job out there for everybody.
