Health Inequalities Devon Overview Public Health (June 2023)
Devon-wide priority target population cohort agreed by HI&P Steering Group (CORE20PLUS):
- the most deprived 20% of the national population living in Devon
- Individuals, families and communities experiencing rural and coastal deprivation
- Individuals, families and communities adversely affected by differential exposure to the wider determinants of health – for example, those with unstable housing or homeless, vulnerable migrants and/or those experiencing domestic abuse.
- Persons with severe mental illness and learning disability, and autistic persons
